* 14G – CLOSED
* AAA – CLOSED
* AAD – CLOSED
* AAF – CLOSED
* AAG – CLOSED, but require a Goalkeeper
* AAWB – CLOSED
* AAWC – CLOSED
* O35C – CLOSED, but require a Goalkeeper
